Please note that credit card payments for Mandalao are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Please read the terms and conditions of this agreement before coming on tour.
Cancelation policy: A full refund will be issued if a tour is canceled 7 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued between 7-3 days in advance, a 25% refund will be issued between 3-2 days in advance, and 0% will be refunded within 24 hours of a scheduled tour. Please note all tours go out rain or shine. All tours are subject to availability and require a minimum of two people to go ahead. For any changes we will make all efforts to contact you in advance. Tours are subject to change or be cancelled for the welfare of the elephants.
Child Policy: Please note that MandaLao will not make refunds if children are unable to complete trips due to age or ability.
Unaccompanied minors must be 16 years of age or older and have written consent from parents or guardians to participate.
Liability policy: I and my party understand and agree to join one of the MandaLao tours with elephants solely for recreational purposes. I understand that these excursions and activities, by their very nature, involve risks and dangers. I agree that I shall assume all responsibility for any loss, injury, or death to my person or property. I agree to NOT hold MandaLao, its personnel, staff or management responsible for any injuries, damages or losses whatsoever that I may incur to myself or my property during the tour activities. Furthermore, I am aware that I have the right to inspect any and all equipment used during my tour at the onset of the excursion to ensure proper working order. Having done such inspections, I will not hold MandaLao responsible for any personal injury due to use of their equipment. I understand I may be photographed during a MandaLao experience and these images may be used to promote the MandaLao experience.
